It was neat, clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And, luckily for us, for the most part almost everyone was fluent in English as well. The pleasant café also provided a nice continental breakfast, which was free to guests.

The location was wonderful walking distance to the local restaurant and some shops. The front desk staff are very accommodating. We arrived by noon, and our flight was late in the evening they were extremely accommodating, allowing us to check in early and check out later in the afternoon. Very very nice and polite staff. The lobby is super clean as well as the rooms.

The staff and restaurant was great and went out of their way for our odd request to constantly get more water or drinks to go. Location was either a quick walk or short Uber or taxi ride to everything.

We loved the breakfast. The location was great - close to everything. The staff at exception were superb in assisting in us to navigate BA and obtaining restaurant booking. We have rebooked go our return trip. Thank you !

The location is very good. The rooms are big. There are all the necessary services. The staff was very kind and allowed me to check out late in the afternoon.

Out of 3 hotels I stayed at (in or near downtown Buenos Aires) over the last two weeks [with a 4-day trip to Iguazu falls in-between], this hotel stood out as the best and most comfortable of all of them. I liked it even more than my other decent hotel stay in Puerto Iguazu. All four hotels in Argentina were booked through Booking.com

Location, easy access from Aeroparque Internacional Jorge Newbery airport, supportive and serviceable staff, very large and comfortable room. Great breakfast selection, amazing breakfast breads and pastries by Chef Martin. What a treat!
